1. WHAT WINES WILL I BE GETTING?

Our wines are sourced from Australia’s best wine growing regions and come from numerous wineries throughout the country, we specially order our stock without labels so they are ready for branding with your personalised label. Our 750ml bottles are great quality and range in retail value from $16 – $25 per bottle.

2. How do I place an Order?

There are two easy ways to place your order:

ONLINE The easiest way to place an order is view our labels through the gallery or relevant pages such as “weddings”. Choose the label you like and continue to follow the promts to customise the design and choose the wine or water. Once you have finished your ordering view your shopping cart and submit your order. You will then be emailed your label for approval.
Payment will not be requested until your label is approved. Delivery is made within 7-10 days of your approved order being processed.

PHONE View our labels and products online and simply phone us on 02 9659 8677, 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday to place the order. For any special requests or queries please contact us by phone.

3. When do I have to Pay?

Payment will be requested after your artwork is approved.

4. Do the prices include GST and how can I pay?

All prices are in Australian dollars, and include GST. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Diners and Amex or EFT. Payment will not be requested until the artwork has been approved.

5. How long does DELIVERY take and how much does it cost?

Delivery within Australia is free and takes approx 7-10 working days from the time you approve your artwork.

Our orders are delivered by Australia post or Fastway Couriers to a suitable residential or business address. (including P.O Boxes. In remote locations you may have to pick up your wines from the depot in your nearest town). Australia Post normally deliver Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you are not going to be home at these times, Australia post will leave a card and you can pick it up from your local Post Office. We allow 10 working days for delivery but depending on your location it may be much sooner.

6. What if I’m not happy with the quality of the product?

Every products we sell is covered by our 100% quality guarantee. If you receive a wine from us and it is in any way faulty (it does sometimes happen), on notification we will refund your money. If any bottles are broken in transit please notify us as soon as possible to arrange refund or replacement.

7. Do I have to be over 18 to order?

To purchase wine, yes you do. We don?t sell alcohol to anyone who isn?t 18 years old or over. By placing an order online you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

8. Where are you located?

Our Administration and Registered Office is located in Castle Hill NSW whilst our warehouse facilities are in the heart of the Barossa Valley, South Australia. Cork holds a Direct Sales Licence under the SA Liquor Licensing ACT 1997. Our Licence number is 51400279. ABN 84 096 710 093.

9. Are my personal details protected?

If you choose to register on our website or order any of our products, you consent to us holding and using the information for the purpose of processing your order and to notify you of its delivery status. We may also contact you with future offers and services. We take your privacy very seriously. We will not sell, nor rent, nor lend your details to any other person or organisation. Shoudl you ever wish to cease hearing from us, a simple phone call to 02 9659 8677 or email us sales@corker.com.au and your details will be erased from our database.
