Every wine or water we sell is covered by our 100% quality guarantee. If you receive a wine from us and it is in any way faulty (although very rare it does sometimes happen), on notification we will either refund your money, offer a suitable replacement or credit your account for future purchases. If any bottles are broken in transit and we have not already been notified by Australia Post please contact us as soon as possible to arrange refund or replacement.
Generally in the case of personalised products replacements will be sent if damaged or undrinkable. In the event of only labels being damaged, replacement labels will be arranged.
